The hotel supports local producers and has a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables from local producers. In the cold dishes section guests can find traditional cheeses Anari, Haloumi and Cypriot yogurts. Guests can also taste the Cypriot sausage, dry fruits, local eggs and traditional sweets including rice pudding, spoon sweets, ‘daktila’ and loukoumia.
