Bread with Black Olives





Ingredients (for two loafs of bread)

  • 1 kg of white bread flour
  • 10 gr dry yeast
  • 50 gr olive oil
  • 19 gr salt
  • 1 ½ cups cold water
  • 100 gr of black olives stoned
  • 3 spring onions finely chopped
  • 1//4 bunch of fresh coriander finely chopped

 

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onions, coriander and olives in a frying pan with a little oil until soft.
  2. Knead the dough (adding all ingredients in a mixing bowl and kneading in low speed for eight minutes).
  3. Add the olives, onions and coriander and shape the dough in loafs. Let it rise in a warm place.
  4. Bake in 190 C for 30 to 35 minutes
