"Good morning" - with traditional Cyprus breakfast at the Louis Phaethon Hotel in Paphos
The Louis Phaethon Hotel is paying tribute to the traditional Cyprus Breakfast by introducing a special buffet full of the flavours and aromas of Cyprus.
In the spacious, sunlit Esperides restaurant guests are greeted by an oasis of Cyprus flavours: olive pies, cheese pies, cakes, cold cuts, halloumi, feta, ricotta, kaskavalli cheese, as well as halva with tahini paste, dakos with cream cheese and tomato as well as Cyprus olives. This healthy Mediterranean breakfast is rounded off with fresh seasonal fruit, rice pudding, jams, fruit preserves, brittle, kadaifi and traditional sponge cake.
The buffet is decorated with traditional Cyprus clay pots and bowls.
